in the North Caucasian Federal district – 647 thousand hectares or 34% of the forecast (2018 – 696,8 thousand hectares).
— in the Central Federal district – about 2.3 million hectares or 24.8% of the forecast (2018 – 381,6 thousand hectares).
in the North-West Federal district – 31.5 thousand hectares or 6.9% of the forecast (2018 – 22,3 thousand hectares).
in the far Eastern Federal district of 93.4 thousand hectares or 4% of the forecast (2018 – 132.8 thousand hectares).
— in the Volga Federal district – 227,7 thousand hectares or 1.5% of the forecast (2018 – 0.5 thousand hectares).

Spring grain crops in the whole country was sown on the area of 3.2 million hectares or 10.7% of the forecasted area (2018 – 1.9 million hectares). From them spring barley was sown on the area of 1.7 million ha, or 21.7% of the forecast (2018 – 677,9 ha), spring wheat – 389,2 thousand hectares or 3.2% of the forecast (2018 – 149,8 thousand ha), corn for grain – 281,8 thousand hectares or 10.9% of the forecast.

Sowing of sugar beet (factory) held in the square 471,6 thousand ha or 41.5% of the forecasted area (in 2018 of 272.8 thousand hectares).

Sunflower planted on an area of 567,1 thousand hectares or 7.3% of the forecasted area (2018 – 516,4 thousand hectares).

Sowing soybean (Krasnodar Krai) conducted on the area of 28 thousand hectares or 0.9% of the forecasted area (in 2018, accounting for 47.5 thousand hectares).

Sowing of spring rape conducted on the area of 72 thousand hectares or 5.1% of the forecasted area (2018 – 0,9 thousand hectares).

Potatoes in the agricultural enterprises and peasant (farm) planted on the area of 26,5 thousand hectares or 8.3% of the forecasted area (2018 – 13.9 thousand hectares).

Vegetables in agricultural enterprises and peasant (farm) planted on an area of 23.8 hectares, or 13% of the forecasted area (2018 – 22.9 thousand ha).
