During a working visit to China the Minister of economic development of Russia Alexei Ulyukayev said that Russia expects Turkey to abolish existing restrictions against Russian producers of meat and dairy products.


"We expect our Turkish colleagues of the relevant motion in our direction. In July 2015, the question arose that denied admission of our meat and dairy products to the Turkish market and we are on the first invitation of the Turkish side went there and began to work there. We invite you - come and see our plants and make sure they meet your quality standards. A year and two months have passed, no one came. Now agreed that will come all the same. Wait", — said the Minister.


Alexei Ulyukayev also noted that the work on the possible cancellation of the food embargo on supplies of Turkish food products to Russia continues.


"Since the introduction of predamage almost a year has passed. We need to make sure that those Turkish businesses that want to export agricultural products to Russia, meet our quality standards to laboratory working.
