The meeting discussed issues of development of the Samara agricultural machine-building cluster, modernization and capacity expansion of the production area, modern machinery, as well as prospects of implementation of investment projects in the province.

Group of companies Amazonen-Werke is one of the world leaders in manufacturing highly efficient trailers, which includes seven production plants, located in Germany and France. The only Russian plant of the company is included in the Association "Rosspetsmash" JSC "evrotekhnika".

JSC "evrotekhnika", created in Samara in 1998 as a joint venture today is the largest successful project of Russian-German cooperation in the field of agricultural machinery with German investment. Today evrotekhnika, OOO is the largest supplier of self-propelled agricultural machinery on the Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1432 and through JSC "Rosagroleasing" and an active participant program of import substitution.

Christian Dreyer noted that over the past four years the volume of production of JSC "evrotekhnika" has grown three times.

- We are satisfied with the progress of our enterprise in the Samara region, - said the managing Director of Amazone. - Today the company employs more than three hundred people, is modern and in demand by farmers equipment. We are satisfied with the results of last year and positive forecast for 2018. This allows us to make plans for further modernization and expansion of production, localization, and deep development of production equipment in Russia.

Today "eurotechnica", which works in Samara for 20 years, has a reputation as a successful constantly growing company and is one of the largest taxpayers in the Samara region - from the enterprise to the budget of the region in the past year received about 250 million rubles.

Dmitry Azarov stressed that the expansion of investment and industrial potential of the region, the government will be primarily to support those companies that have years of successful experience in the province. This is important because the implementation of each investment project involves the creation of new high-tech jobs.

- The regional government aimed at the creation of a favourable investment climate, - said the head region. In this work we orientirueshsya to those companies, which already make a significant investment in the region's economy.

Dmitry Azarov has assured the managing Director of the company Amazonen-Werke that the regional authorities together with the administration of Samara will create all conditions for the development of production. In the short term, the production of modern agricultural machinery can become one of the leading growth points in the economy of the province, which further may allow the Samara region become one of the centers of agricultural mechanical engineering of Russia.
