The Moscow arbitration court declared bankrupt a large Russian grain company "nastjusha" and opened it bankruptcy proceedings for a period of six months, the correspondent of RIA Novosti news from the courtroom.

Interim Manager Anton Mikeev said in court that the restoration of solvency of the debtor is impossible, the first meeting of creditors by a majority of votes were in favour of the opening of bankruptcy proceedings. The court approved the bankruptcy Trustee Nicaea. His progress report on the bankruptcy is scheduled for September 3.

 

The first procedure of bankruptcy – supervision – was imposed on the ZK "Mathew" in August 2017, according to the statement of the credit institution Kazakh Forte Bank (formerly known as "Alliance Bank").

 
 

As explained on Wednesday Mikeev, currently in the register of requirements of creditors of requirements included some 36 billion rubles. According to him, the financial analysis revealed signs of deliberate bankruptcy. He also said that there had been a withdrawal of funds from the company to the ultimate beneficiaries under the loans. Earlier in court it was noted that the main owner "of Nastasi" is a businessman Igor Pinkevich.

 

As follows from the minutes of the first meeting of creditors, at the time of the meeting on 22 January, the largest creditors "Nastjusha" was JSC "Investment Fund of Kazakhstan" with the requirements of 8.4 billion rubles and LLC "AAA Consortium" — 4.9 billion rubles. After the meeting in the register was included demands a number of lenders, including agricultural Bank in the amount of about 4.9 billion rubles.

 

At the same time, the court refused to include in the register of the debt to affiliated with the debtor JSC "Moskovsky Kombinat hleboproduktov" (HIC) in the amount of about 18 billion rubles. This refusal is appealed in the appeal.

Representative LC "Mathew" asked the court to postpone or suspend the hearing. He presented to the court was developed by the founders of the financial recovery plan of the company. A number of creditors also requested to defer consideration of the issue of bankruptcy pending appeal IBC, however the court petition dismissed.

 

Group "Nastyusha" is a large Russian agricultural and food company, it owns a number of assets in Russia and Kazakhstan. In particular, the "Mathew" controls "Mill plant in Sokolniki" and "Moskovskiy Kombinat KHLEBOPRODUKTOV" engaged in the manufacture of flour, as well as a few bakery plants in Moscow and the Moscow region. In addition, the group is building in the capital's residential complex "Tsaritsyno".

 

The Tver court of Moscow in August 2017, arrested the head of the group of companies "Mathew" Pinkevich on suspicion of fraud in the construction of residential complex "Tsaritsyno".
