Under the agreement, the parties agreed to undertake joint bidding for seasonal field work to determine the needs of agribusiness firms in specific types of equipment and to carry out mutual exchange of information. The leasing company also undertakes to assist in the promotion of agricultural products of Rostec on the market and its implementation, including on preferential terms of leasing.

As a result of implementation of the Agreement to 2020, the expected share of agricultural equipment produced by the enterprises of Rostec, can reach 20% of the total volume purchased by agricultural producers of agricultural machinery on the market.
