The government on Thursday discussed the bill resolves the uncertainty in the legal regulation of the issues of the definition of permitted use of land plots. Citizens, who leased the land for private farming or gardening, will be able to buy it without bidding, subject to the proper use for three years or more.

The bill protects the interests of the owners of the land. For example, if the regulation of its use has been changed without consulting them, the losses should be extinguished at the expense of the budget of the appropriate level.
