The opening of the plant for the production of Chinese yeast company, Angel Yeast shall be held before the end of the year in the special economic zone (SEZ) "dunks" in the Dankov district of Lipetsk region. This told TASS on Thursday the chief of Department of investments of administration of dankovsky district Valery Gorsky.

"The official opening of the Chinese factory of Angel Yeast Co., Ltd, is scheduled for July 26th has been postponed. It all depends on how fast will feature some of the documents. Expected to open in November or before the end of the year," said Gorsky.

He said that during final inspection of the plant revealed some minor flaws, which "do not affect safety, but they need to be brought into line with the documentation".

Earlier it was planned that on July 26 will be the opening of Russia's largest yeast plant, which is in the SEZ "Duncan" built for 6.7 billion rubles, the Chinese company Angel Yeast Co., Ltd. In the SEZ "Duncan", the company occupies 30 hectares, there she intends in the future to build a processing plant over 95% of waste from the production of yeast in feed additives for livestock or fertilizer for greenhouses.

Angel Yeast plant will become the largest producer of dry yeast in Russia with a capacity of 20 thousand tons per year, its products will be released not only on Russian market but will be exported. The plant created 350 jobs.

Angel Yeast Co., Ltd is the largest company in the world for the production of yeast, based in China in 1986, produces 25 thousand tons of highly active dry yeast for bakery, alcoholic beverages, food additives, livestock farms, recreational and therapeutic drugs. The company included ten plants and more than 30 offices in different cities of China, it supplies its products to 20 countries of Europe, Africa, Asia.

Special economic zone of industrial type of the regional level "Dankov" created in the Dankov district of Lipetsk region in 2008 on the area of 355 ha to perform the tasks on import substitution and support of domestic production. It includes five companies with over 20 billion roubles of investments and the creation of 700 jobs. The largest resident "Duncan" is preparing for the opening of the plant dry yeast Angel Yeast.
