Following the meeting, in accordance with the Directive of the Government of the Russian Federation, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of JSC "Rosselkhozbank" elected Minister of agriculture of the Russian Federation Dmitry Patrushev.

Dmitry Patrushev is a member of Supervisory Board since may 2010, members of the Supervisory Board of Russian agricultural Bank are also Oleg Bogomolov, A.V. Dvorkovich, A. Y. Ivanov, B. P. Sheets, D. V. Pristanskov, Vladimir Strzhalkovsky, M. A. Eskindarov, M. Y. Genis.

JSC "Rosselhozbank" is the basis of national credit and financial service system of agroindustrial complex of Russia. The Bank was founded in 2000 and today is a key lender to the agriculture of the country, is among the largest and most stable banks in the country in terms of assets and capital, as well as the leaders of a reliability rating of the largest Russian banks. The only shareholder of the Bank, which owns 100% of voting shares is the Russian Federation represented by the Federal Agency for state property management (Rosimushchestvo).
