"Istrian cheese festival: 4 years sanctions" thanks to the enthusiasm of farmers, the support of the Ministry of industry and trade of Russia, Association "Rosspetsmash" and regional authorities, for several years has become a key event for the domestic cheese-makers.

The event, which was held from 3 to 5 August in the village Dubrova of the Istra district of the Moscow region, took part more than 50 thousand people. Their products showed more than 70 farms, food and agricultural engineering.

The festival featured the most modern equipment for cheese-making from leading Russian industry representatives: members of the Association "Rosspetsmash" the Plant "milk machine" (Vologda oblast), OOO "Dairy technology" (Moscow) and OOO "Gigamesh" (Moscow region), LLC "Mr. Degree" (Yaroslavl region), MMR, OOO (Kirov region) and LLC "TD Эльф4М" (Ryazan region).

JSC "GOSSA" (Moscow region) showed the cells for the maintenance of poultry and fattening rabbits in the conditions of peasant farms, and JSC "Petersburg tractor plant" (Saint-Petersburg) – agricultural machinery.
