In January-July the volume of production in animal husbandry amounted to 2 billion 86 million manats, crop production – 2 billion 14.2 million manats.

During the reporting period the production growth of livestock products amounted to 2.5%, crop production – 11%.

In January-July in the Republic produced 280.8 thousand tons of meat (an increase of 3%), 1 million 199,4 thousand tons of milk (growth by 1.2%), 1 billion to 22.4 million eggs (growth by 0.7%).

According to the SSC, in Azerbaijan on August 1, 2018 995,3 collected 2 million tonnes of grain crops and legumes including maize (an increase of 14%), 534,2 thousand tons of potatoes (an increase of 1.5%), 925,7 thousand tons (growth by 15.6%), Komi was up RUR 207.4 thousand tons of fruit (growth of 2.7%).

Agricultural production in Azerbaijan in 2017 amounted to 6 billion 580 million manat, which is 4.2% higher than in 2016.
