The Minister also focused attention on the fact that agricultural enterprises affected by the disaster, had prepared the necessary documentation and submitted to the Ministry of agriculture.

"The package of documents passed peer review. Currently the agriculture Ministry is preparing a decree of the Government of the Russian Federation on provision of the financial means the Republic of Crimea for compensation to companies affected by the disaster. Today, in 47 businesses have confirmed damage in the amount of 67 million rubles," - said Andrey Ryumshin.

The head of the Ministry of agriculture of Kazakhstan also said that the key to high yields is the use of mineral fertilizers.

"So, the need of enterprises for mineral fertilizers for sowing winter crops for the harvest in 19 years is more than 29 thousand tons. To date, provision of agricultural fertilizers is more than 80% of the deliveries continue," - said the Minister.
