As noted, last year the volume of deliveries of agricultural products and foodstuffs of the Russian Federation in the Federal Republic of Germany grew by 34% and amounted to 213 million dollars. According to Dmitry Patrushev, Russian suppliers are ready to further increase the export market of Germany cereal crops, and also meat, fish and dairy products.

In addition, the Minister of agriculture and President of the NCC discussed cooperation in the framework of the General Assembly of the world farmers ' organisation, whose last meeting was held in may 2018 in Russia.

As emphasized by Dmitry Patrushev, one of the main tasks of the Ministry is to create favorable conditions for development of small business in rural areas. In this regard, for our country is of great interest to study the experience of Germany in the establishment and support of agricultural consumer cooperatives, as well as the continued cooperation of the Association of peasant (farmer) farms and agricultural cooperatives of Russia with NKS.

This interaction allows the exchange of positive experience on realization of measures of state support, regulation of agrarian legislation, veterinary, phytosanitary control and other aspects, and to maintain a constructive dialogue between the two countries.
