As head of the company, the programme farmers can take advantage of special preferential conditions: an advance of the 0% preferential rate from 3 to 3.5%. At the same time, the main innovation of the program in 2019 will be the abolition of regional quotas.

"Today agricultural producers from any region of the country in accordance with their needs in technology can benefit from the updated OPT," - said Pavel Kosov.

"We are aiming to help farmers from across the country to replace the fleet of old vehicles, working in the fields outside of the life, fully to update equipment older than 30 years," he said.

Restarting the program will give the opportunity to agricultural producers, mainly small and medium businesses, whose share in the company's portfolio is about 90% to update its fleet of high-tech and modern technique with a minimum of diversion of funds, the payments stretch out for 5-7 years with an annual appreciation of less than inflation, and the use of technology, as well as to invest in business development.

In 2018 in the OPT Program was attended by 21 region of our country where concessional lease was delivered 914 pieces of equipment worth more than RUB 3.3 billion in Total shipments under this Program in 2012-2018 volume reached 22.2 billion RUB.
