Also, the exhibition guests will find a unique gastronomic professional show Discover Russian Cuisine. The purpose of this project, which started in 2017 — increasing recognition and promotion of Russian products. Eminent chefs from various countries will prepare dishes of Russian products provided by the companies — participants of the project. Participation in this project will help the Russian manufacturers to reach their export potential and to find contacts for business development in the segment HoReCa. Also on show will be invited category managers of retail chains in Moscow and the regions, who will be able to find the product of manufacturers in a special area of the project is Gastromania.

Exhibition "Meat industry. Chicken King. The industry of the cold for agriculture" is regularly held since 2001. In 2017 it is an important industry event called for 7500 agribusiness professionals from 79 countries and 73 regions of Russia.
