The event was attended by the Director of the Association "Rosspetsmash" Alla Elizarova, Executive Director of "Union of Russian brewers" Vyacheslav Mamontov, the Deputy Director of the Department of agricultural, food processing and road construction machinery of the Ministry of industry and trade Maria Elkina, manufacturers and consumers of equipment for beer and soft drink industries.

The experts discussed the development of the production of Russian equipment, the ability of domestic refineries to increase output and extension of its nomenclature, the needs of the domestic market in basic technological equipment for the period 2019 -2021 years, plans for modernization of enterprises, the future of localization in Russia of production of equipment, measures of state support.

Alla Elizarova said that overall sales of Russian food processing equipment in 2018 compared to 2016 increased by 51% to 47.7 billion rubles. While shipments to the domestic market of equipment for beer and soft drink products increased over the same period by 78%. The import of foreign cars fell by 22%.

The reason for this decline was including the fact of strengthening of domestic market position domestic plants. Their share from 2016 to 2018 has doubled from 7 to 15%. The enterprise is ready to further increase its presence in Russia, which will contribute to releasing highly competitive products.

The working sub-group is focused on the interaction of producers, consumers, Associations "Rosspetsmash" and Minpromtorga of Russia in the process of import substitution.

Within XХVIII International forum BEER 2019 Association "Rosspetsmash" also organized a collective stand of manufacturers of food machinery, including, in particular, of "Aurora Pak Engineering", "Industrial engineering company" and "tech industry".
