China became the largest importer of canola oil from Ukraine
In this season, China became the leader among importers of Ukrainian rapeseed oil with the share of Ukrainian exports by almost 50%.
July 2018 to April 2019 in China was raised to 66.5 thousand tons of rapeseed oil, which is a record.
Last season Ukraine exported only 7.7 thousand tons of this product.
It is expected that in the next season China imports of 1.4-2 million tonnes of rapeseed oil. Now rapeseed oil in the Chinese market is the most expensive — about $1060 per tonne. The cost of sunflower oil is $1050 per tonne, of soy — less than $800 per ton.
