Ukraine. The salary of farmers from the beginning of year grew by almost a quarter
The average salary of full-time employees employed in agriculture of Ukraine, in January-may 2019 amounted to 7,989 thousand UAH, which is 22.5% more compared to the same period last year.

This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of agrarian policy and food.
The report also says that wages in the food industry in Ukraine in January-may increased by 20.9% compared to the same period last year, to 9,348 thousand hryvnias.
As UNIAN reported earlier, the average salary of farmers in Ukraine to 2018 grew by a quarter to 7,1 thousand UAH.
