According to the Ministry, agrarians harvested 4.85 million tonnes of wheat from 22% of the projected area, 2.6 million tonnes of barley with 75% of the area and 388,4 thousand tons of peas to 56%. In addition, farmers have collected 786 thousand tonnes of winter rape with 30%.

According to Minagroproda, the cleaning service started in 23 regions of Ukraine.

As reported, the Ministry forecasts growth of grain yield in 2019 to 70.8 million tons with gross harvesting grain in 2018/19 MG at the level of 70.1 million tons.

US Department of agriculture forecasts grain harvest in Ukraine this year at 73 million tons, export – 51.2 million tonnes.
