The export of Ukrainian goods to EU countries during the first half of 2019 have increased by 30.8% compared to the same period in 2018, up to $2,96 billion this was announced by acting Minister of agrarian policy Olga Trofimova in Facebook.
"Export of Ukrainian products to the EU for the reporting period increased by 30.8% to $2,967 billion and Imports increased by 12.1% to $1.23 billion", - wrote the acting Minister.
Most of the Ukrainian agricultural products went to the Netherlands, their share in the trade turnover between Ukraine and EU countries amounted to 17.6%. Second place Spain – 13,7%, the third – Poland – 13.1 per cent. Next come Germany (10,8%), Italy (10.8 per cent) and France (5.7 percent).
The main products in the export structure to the EU are cereals ($1.4 billion), vegetable oils ($610,5 million), residues and waste from the food industries ($272.8 million) and oilseeds ($177,4 million).

In General, the trade turnover between Ukraine and EU countries in January-may increased by 24.7%, to $4.2 billion, added Trafimava.
