Russia remained the world leader in the supply of wheat
Russia remained the world's largest exporter of wheat by the end of the agricultural year, which ended June 30. Russia has left behind USA, Canada and European Union countries, according to industry experts.

The head of the Ministry Dmitry Patrushev said earlier that last season, Russia supplied abroad of 43.3 million tons of grain, including 35.2 million tons of wheat. The USDA in July reported the seasonal exports, which amounted to 25.5 million tons. The EU exported 24 million tons, and Canada — 24.5 million tons of wheat.
