From these funds the regions brought to final recipients 56,0 billion, or 47.5% of the prescribed volume, which is almost 10 percentage points above the level of June 13, 2019.

Level of dissemination to agricultural producers subsidies for the provision of support in the field of crop production is 80.8%, subsidies to increase the productivity in dairy cattle is 79.3%.

For transferring the funds to farmers at present are the leaders of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug (83,3%), Chukotka Autonomous Okrug (82,0%), Kirov oblast (81.8 per cent), Sakhalin oblast (78,5%), Altai Krai (77.9 per cent), St. Petersburg (77,1%), Krasnoyarsk Krai (76,6%), Zabaykalsky Krai (76,0%), Mari El (73,7%), Vologda oblast (72,9%), Kurgan region (72,8%), Vladimir region (72.2 per cent), Kamchatka Krai (70,4%).

The lowest rates are observed in the Republic of Ingushetia (5,1%), the Republic of North Ossetia – Alania (11,2%), Sevastopol (12,9%), Jewish Autonomous region (14.1 per cent) and the Republic of Dagestan (15.8 per cent).

The question of bringing state support to agricultural producers is under constant control of the Ministry of agriculture. To ensure timely budget funding for farmers, the Ministry operates with heads of subjects of the Russian Federation and the regional agricultural administrative bodies.
