Simplified conditions of the program allow to issue the credit to the farmer members of ACCOR for the sum to 5 million rubles at a concessional rate of 4.5% per annum. Participation requires a petition of ACCOR is the largest public organization that unites farmers of Russia. More than 260 farmers benefited from the programme of the Russian agricultural Bank and got a loan on favorable terms. The amount of support amounted to over 600 million rubles. At the meeting, the parties reached agreement on simplifying the procedure of loan application and anchoring to work with members of AKKOR Bank employee in each region of presence.

Special attention was paid to the cooperation between the Bank and ACCOR in the field of promotion of regional brands of food products. To help small farmers in selling their products and raise awareness of its own brands RAB for the third time will hold in 2019 festival farm food "THEIR". The festival will take place in Barnaul, Velikiy Novgorod, Kaluga, Saint-Petersburg and Tula. AKKOR submit to the Bank proposals for participation of members of the Association in the festivals of "ITS", as well as in implementing joint initiatives for the promotion of Russian sub-brands with appellation of origin of goods.

A pilot project of lending with special conditions for participants of ACCOR was launched by the agricultural Bank in December 2018. Originally it extended for 10 subjects of the Russian Federation.
