Compared with figures for the same period 2018 to develop the main types of products made:

- ammonia – 513,9 thousand tons (92 %) (including elaboration of SP OOO "Linde Azot Togliatti");

- mineral fertilizers in terms of 100% nitrogen – 249,3 thousand tons (98,6 %), including:

ammonium nitrate – 332,1 thousand tons (102,3%);

urea – 179.3 thousand tons (100,2%);

ammonium sulphate -243,0 thousand tons (88.5 per cent);

- caprolactam – 98.3 thousand tonnes (90,8%);

- polyamide-6 – 72,2 thousand tons (92,3 %);

thread technical – 2,0 thousand tons (72,0%);

- fabric cord – 1.7 thousand tons (102,4%)

- fabric cord impregnated with 9.4 million p. M. (98,6 %).

In February, in the framework of the Russian investment forum in Sochi, VEB.Of the Russian Federation, Gazprombank and JSC KuibyshevAzot signed loan agreement on granting a syndicated loan to Finance the project "Construction of installations for the production of sulfuric acid of grade "K" and improved oleum with a total capacity of 500 thousand tons per year." The project will be financed in the framework of the program "Factory of project financing".

In partnership with the Italian company Maire Tecnimont Group continues to implement the project on construction of a new urea unit.

Routine inspection conducted at the plant in April 2019, confirmed that the integrated management system (IMS) of PJSC "KuibyshevAzot" in compliance with the international standards of quality management systems ISO 9001:2015 and environmental management ISO 14001:2015; management of labor protection and industrial safety OHSAS 18001:2007.

Completed construction of the production of sulfate-ammonium nitrate, work is continuing on the second universal complete lines of nitric acid.

Audit of the quality management (QMS) of "KuibyshevAzot" in the design and manufacture of cord fabrics impregnated, confirmed it complies with the international standard IATF 16949:2016, which sets a strict guideline on the needs of the automotive industry.

Ongoing construction of wastewater treatment facilities stormwater promote Northern and parts of Central district of Togliatti. The project is implemented by enterprise for own funds and included in the Federal program "Preservation and prevention of pollution of the Volga river".

All these projects are aimed at ensuring the perspective development of PJSC "KuibyshevAzot", reducing consumption of raw materials, heat and energy, the reduction of the production impact on the environment and the preservation of the market position of the company in the conditions of increasing competition.
