Commenting on the rating results, the General Director of JSC "Federal freight" Viktor Voronovich said that in the first half of the year, the operator continued to build flexible and transparent pricing policy and improved quality of work of the rolling stock.

"For example, in June of 2019, we offered customers a new loyalty program – if you increase the loading by 20% compared to the previous month, the Company offered a discount of 10% from cost of services rendered. Thus, JSC "FGC" in the past month has attracted 319 thousand tons metals, coal, fertilizers, construction materials, utilizing additional 2.6 thousand of gondola cars," – said the head of JSC "FGC".

According to the results 1st half-year JSC "FGC" reduced to the planned figures, the number of empty journeys by 7%, turnover working of the car decreased by 0.4 days, productivity was up 13%, cargo turnover – by 13.4%.

General Director of "INFOLine-Analytics" Mikhail Burmistrov said: "In the conditions of transition of market of gondola cars to the surplus of the commercial policy of JSC "Federal freight", aimed at improving the uniformity of shipments by shippers and providing volume discounts, allows the company to maintain and expand the cargo base and creates opportunities to increase market share and funding of the procurement of new rolling stock".
