Comparative tests of forage harvester JAGUAR 860 harvester-analogue were carried out in the Krasnodar region in August, when harvesting corn. Maximal performance was determined when the cutting length of 17 mm and a gap of 1.5 mm and crusher was in the range of 130 t/h. The yield is 30-35 t/ha, work was carried out under optimum conditions when the dry matter content of 35-40%.

During the tests there was a significant difference in the crushing of the grains in sertraline harvesters. Experts CLAAS has also estimated that for crops with an area of 500 hectares with a yield of 350 kg/ha and the content in dry matter of 33% starch its output will be about of 4.04 t/ha or 2021 t on 500 ha. This difference corresponds to the amount of corn harvested from an area of 24.42 ha.
