There is said that there are Federal subsidies for reimbursement of expenses related to acquisition seeds that need to be zoned. "The rate is 60% of the cost of seed for areas equivalent to the far North, with a delivery rate of 70%," - said the press service.

In July and August, heavy rains caused widespread flooding in the Amur region and Jewish Autonomous region, seaside and Khabarovsk edges. In the flood zone were more than 100 settlements, thousands of people have lost crops or were in flooded homes.

In Primorsky region, even the state of emergency regional character. According to the Primorsky hydrometeorological center, in August the region fell more than three monthly norms of precipitation.
