Grant for developing a bread recipe for the above region won engineer of the Center of healthy diet of Siberian Federal University (Krasnoyarsk) Valentine Casinos.

Funding in the amount of 50 thousand rubles were provided by the expert center of Arctic development "TIME".

It is expected that a new recipe will be developed in March next year. Bread of high nutritional value will be produced from sprouted wheat grains.
