"Miratorg" in accordance with the interregional specialization implements in the Kaliningrad region the main stages of the project of beef cattle: feed production, reproduction maternal herd, rearing calves for later grain fattening, slaughter and processing. The total number of cattle meat breeds Aberdeen Angus on 12 farms in the region is more than 80 thousand animals. In accordance with the business plan of the holding is actively developing production in the Kaliningrad region: increases the number of breeding sites, extends the area of pastureland and forage, increasing the herd at the expense of own resources.

A key element in the production chain is the parent of a herd of high genetics of more than 35 thousand heads. The system "cow-calf" produce marketable livestock for fattening, slaughter and processing, as well as heifers for herd maintenance. Reproduction of livestock is in compliance with the highest standards of veterinary control and Biosafety. In 2019, the company received a record litter, providing further development of the project.
