From November 2019 to the position of Director of the enterprise "Kverneland group Manufacturing Lipetsk" assigned to Roman Satin. Roman joined the staff of the enterprise in 2009 and during his work here he held the positions of purchasing Manager, then Director of operations. In the new responsibility he has to deal with expansion of the external cooperation relations and the localization of new products for the Russian market.

In this position, Roman will replace Robert Chisaka, which for several years he combined the duties of the General Director of the Russian trade and marketing mission of the group, the company "Kverneland group CIS" and Director of the Lipetsk plant.

Robert will continue to lead "Kverneland group CIS", as well as to oversee the activities in Russia of sister company Great Plains, which from 2016 as Kverneland Group, is part of the Kubota Corporation.

"Kverneland group Manufacturing Lipetsk", the Russian subsidiary of the concern Kverneland Group, is an important infrastructure project for both the company and one of the active residents of the manufacturing sector in Lipetsk region, producing more than 500 units per year.

Produced agricultural equipment at 50% covers the needs of the internal market in equipment of Kverneland. The export component includes a frame of precision seed drills supplied to the European plants of the Kverneland Group, components for Kubota equipment, as well as pneumatic grain seeders.

Lipetsk region is a long-term reliable partner and investor. To date, the plant created 75 new jobs with an average salary of 52 000 rubles per month, higher than in other plants of the region. The pool of suppliers of the plant has more than 250 Russian companies.
