The discussion was attended by the leadership of the Association "Rosspetsmash", Department of agricultural, food and road construction machinery of the Ministry of industry and trade, producers of specialized equipment and components, representatives of the FSUE "NAMI".

According to the head of the Committee, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC "Noginsk fuel equipment plant" Alexey Barbalata, constructive dialogue between the Ministry of industry and trade, manufacturers and industry experts will develop specific proposals for the localization of engines, which will form the basis of the relevant regulations. Therefore, parties are required to cooperate fully in this direction, expressing not only his position, but exchanging all necessary information.

Machine builders supported the proposal on the imposition of the engines in a separate type of product under government regulation No. 719. Each participant of the meeting expressed their opinions on how that should be implemented for this process.

Also topics of the meeting were the features of the use of engines running on different types of equipment, the production of components for engines and state support of the domestic factories producing components.

Speaking about the state support of manufacturers, the leadership of the Association "Rosspetsmash" proposed to develop mechanisms of granting subsidies authorised service centres of companies and on the increase in terms of warranty service.

Following the meeting, consolidated proposals market players will be sent to the Ministry of industry and trade.
