"The funds that we allocated for social development of rural areas, for the resumption of the use of these lands - a real investment in new jobs. It is also a demand for agricultural machinery, chemical industry, fertilizer and so on. This is what the country produces, and what is the anchor for chemists in a global environment", - said the Minister.

He noted that the allocation of funds should be supplemented by measures in the framework of the customs-tariff policy.

"If we do it correctly complement budget support and private investment we will be able to increase production not at the expense of the consumer, but at the expense of internal efficiency. Thus, we will increase taxes. These chains we can clearly see and believe," - said Reshetnikov.

He recalled that in 2020 it was decided to increase the subsidies of credit programs for agriculture by 30 billion rubles. "We can use this potential for the restructuring and delay of the main body of the debt, and so on", - concluded the Minister.
