According to who, with age, every fifth person has an intolerance to lactose (milk sugar). This is due to the lack in the body of a special enzyme that digests the milk sugar lactose. This condition is congenital, but the vast majority of people it develops either with age or as a result of malnutrition or on the background of diseases of the digestive system. For people who are used to drinking milk from childhood, this causes some problems with digestion, and with different allergic reactions. Comes to the aid of this unique product. The proportion of the lactose therein is reduced to 0.1%, whereas in the normal milk of its contents in the average is 4.7%. Due to this low-lactose milk is easy to digest and does not cause any problems with digestion, keeping all fully consumer characteristics", - said Svetlana Bairasheva.

According to her, diversification of waiting and Halal the direction that the company is actively developing in 2018 – in the production of yogurt, sour cream, ryazhenka and sour cream. "We decided to expand the line of products "Halal", as these products are very demanded by our customers.
