In Kazakhstan leveled the terms of payment of the recycling fee for manufacturers of agricultural machinery
The government of Kazakhstan adopted legislative changes, the alignment conditions of the collection of utilization data collection on a self-propelled agricultural machinery for producers of the countries of the Eurasian economic Union and third States.

The adopted solutions allow to eliminate discrimination against producers Union in comparison with foreign competitors operating in the market of Kazakhstan from December 2019.

Recall that in December 2019 in the Republic of Kazakhstan was introduced a recycling fee on a self-propelled agricultural equipment, provides an opportunity not to pay the fee for the foreign companies (AGCO, John Deere, Case New Holland, Same Deutz Fahrу, Kubota, Kverneland, Sampo Rosenlew LTD, Bourgault, CLAAS, Lemken, etc.).

Then, in connection with the adoption of measures more favorable conditions in the market of Kazakhstan was created for producers from third countries to the detriment of the integration development and production within the Union. Deliveries of Russian agricultural tractors and combine harvesters to Kazakhstan by 2020 was in fact blocked.

At the initiative of the Association "Rosspetsmash" and the CCI of Russia, with the support of relevant state authorities of the Russian Federation, the question has been three times to submit for consideration by the leadership of EEU countries to settle following the meeting of the EEC Council on the level of Vice premiers of the countries of the Union, held at the end of may 2020.

Changes approved by Order of the Ministry of ecology, Geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 15, 2020 No. 146, June 17, 2020, the document was registered in Ministry of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
