During the peak season of forage brand Massey Ferguson® introduces Russian farmers new round balers with high torque and improved design of the device winding the film. They are assembled at the plant in Germany, owned by the AGCO Corporation, with more than 100 years of experience and forage equipment.

The new line features two models with a standard PTO shaft 540 rpm.

Model RB3130 – baler with fixed camera equipped with a spiral roller camera for high-quality pressing and durable tying mesh. In case of a sudden stop the PTO sprocket with the freewheel will prevent sudden load on the drivetrain and slows the roll.

Model RB4160 – baler with variable chamber – equipped with a drive system ADS, which ensures continuous rotation of the endless belt and the roll and allows it to preserve its shape and density. Divided contact surface is a factor in the reduction of wear and reduction of power consumption.

Synchronization workflows and protection

The rotation of the picking drum and the process of feeding material to the crushing apparatus synchronized using a double chain that provides efficient and complete selection of cultures. Overload system of selection on both models protects the automatic clutch. Patented Hydroflex control, in turn, prevents the peak load during the most intensive work: in the case of clogging it is easy to drop the bottom feed table to provide more space for the rotor.

A new form of fixed camera

Spiral shape with a reduced diameter and 18 cylinders ensures steady rotation of the coil and a high degree of density. Due to the effect of "breathing camera" rolls are not zakleivayut on exit through the rear flap and are characterized by high density and improved adhesion to the mesh.

Control system new generation

Management of both machines is carried out from the tractor cab using the electronic means. Operator available 10 levels of adjustment of density of the roll, counter roll, as well as the opportunity to observe the process of forming a color display. In the case of deviations of operating parameters from the norm, the system gives a warning.

Through the terminal in the cab also controls the sets of knives – from 17 to 25 depending on model. The grouping feature allows you to change the length of the fragments depending on the moisture content of the material and of the alleged losses.
