The Director of the Department of agricultural, food processing and road construction machinery of the Ministry of industry and trade Maria Elkina told about the tasks of export promotion of agricultural machinery.

Vice President REC Sergei Vologda informed about the measures of state support of exporters, which implements the export center. Among them, in particular, subsidizing the transportation of industrial products, compensation for export loans of commercial banks, participation in international congresses and exhibitions and business missions, the cost of patenting and other programs.

Sales representatives shared information about the capabilities and specifics of export of agricultural machinery in the CIS and Europe.

According to Alla Elizarova, in 2019, the factories exported domestic agricultural equipment for the total amount exceeding 12 billion rubles, which is 9% higher than a year earlier. Despite the spread of coronavirus infection, the positive trend continues in the current year.

The results achieved need to be developed. In this process an important role is played by measures of state support: compensation of expenses for transportation of the product, subsidizing the participation of plants in trade fairs, low-interest loans.

Now one of the main issues for producers is the fate of the Congress and exhibition activities in connection with the spread of coronavirus infection, because it is one of the main channels of promotion of domestically made machinery abroad.
