The Ministry is actively working on creation of information system of digital services that will allow to convert into electronic form provision of state support of agriculture, to make this process easier, faster and more transparent, and to exclude the human factor. Next year, according to the head of the Ministry of agriculture, the project launched in nine pilot regions.
According to Patrushev, to improve the quality of collection and verification of industry data sent to the unified Federal information system for agricultural land. "In 2020, we will significantly expand the functionality of the system and we expect that over the next 10 years, accumulate data about the properties and soil fertility throughout the country. In addition, next year in all regions will be available to the monitoring system of reclamation, and by 2024, 100% of hydrotechnical facilities will be managed on the basis of the government digital platform," he said.
