According to operational data of the agricultural administrative bodies of constituent entities of the Russian Federation as of August 22, 2019 in the whole country grains and legumes threshed from the area of 24.5 million hectares or 52.3% of the cultivated area (in 2018 24.3 million ha), and produced 75.6 million tons of grain (in 2018 – 73.5 million tons), with a yield of 30.9 t/ha (in 2018 – 30,2 C/hectares).
