Цены на овес и овсяные хлопья ставят новые рекорды, следует из мониторинга Института конъюнктуры аграрного рынка (ИКАР). Как сообщила "Интерфаксу" заместитель генерального директора ИКАР Ирина Глазунова, цены на продовольственный овес в начале нового сельхозгода (июль 2020-июнь 2021 гг.) стартовали с высоких значений - 9,9 тыс. рублей за тонну против 5,9 тыс. рублей в июле прошлого года (данные по Алтайскому краю).
