"Within 6 months of the year from sea ports Eysk, Kavkaz, Novorossiysk, Taman, Temryuk and Tuapse shipped for export 474 of the vessel with grain and products of its processing, a total of over 7.4 million tons, the wheat share of the total is 65%, which amounted to more than 4.8 million tonnes. These products were sent to 45 countries", — stated in the message.

According to the Agency, the main countries-buyers during this period were Egypt, Nigeria, Turkey, South Korea, Saudi Arabia and Lebanon. In the regional Department of the Rosselkhoznadzor also noted that over the same period in 2015, exports were sent to 396 ships and 40 containers with a capacity of almost 5.7 million tons of grain and products of its processing. The share of wheat was 51%, with a volume of over 2.9 million tons. The products were sent to 44 countries.
