Eleven clarify that in some regions there was good situation in terms of the quality of crops, including Rostov oblast. However, weather conditions in some regions of the Russian Federation questioned the status of the crop.

"In the "risk zone" was the center and South of the Republic of Kalmykia, North of the Stavropol region and the republics of the North Caucasus, where the decline index of the growing season ranged from 10 to 30%. The reason for this was the totality of the influence of meteorological factors, such as the lack of significant precipitation (over 5 mm) in the second and third decades of June and high temperatures (28-35°C) during the second half of June. All this may adversely affect the yields on these territories", — specified in the message.

"On the territory of Krasnodar region development of crops occurs at the level of the average values of the vegetation index over the past 10 years, while the Western areas have even seen an advance of this rate by 7-10%. In the Stavropol region for sustainable growth of crops is shown in the center and in the North-West of the region, the pace of development is also above average by 7-10%. A good situation of growth performance of crop condition is observed in the Astrakhan region. But significant indicators of the vegetation index in absolute terms is not expected", — said the President of the NRA of the Roots of biggov.
