This figure is 1% less than in June of the current year and 7% less than in July 2015, according to Rosstat.

The production volume of wheat and wheat-rye flour has decreased to 687 thousand tons (-6% by July 2015), rye flour fell to 43 million tonnes (-29%).

The lower output of wheat and wheat-rye flour compared to July last year occurred in the North-West (-4%), SFD (-8%), North Caucasus Federal district (-25%), BDC (-2%), PFO (-1%). In the SFD and UFD manufactured more flour than last year.

The production of rye flour decreased in all Federal districts, except for SFO. In the Volga Federal district and Central Federal district, where Russian production of rye flour, the number fell by 28% and 38%, respectively.
