Under sowing of winter crops in the Republic will continue working on the preparation of the soil already ploughed to 25.1 thousand hectares of agricultural land or 24% of the plan. It is planned to sow 103 thousand hectares of winter grain and winter crops, from which 85,7 thousand hectares it is planned to occupy winter wheat, 12.7 thousand hectares of winter barley.

"The pace of preparation of the soil should increase with each passing day, only in this case will lay the necessary Foundation for the next year's crop. The rains contributed to the increase in sowing", — noted in the Ministry of agriculture, adding that to date, all entities are provided with seeds of winter crops, and the importation of seeds of higher reproductions for cartoony and renovation.
