Shipments of soft wheat were conducted mainly in Asian countries -7,0 million t (+3,2% compared to the 2014/15 season), South America -3,6 million tonnes (-4,1%), African - 2.0 mln t (+5.5%), North America-1.6 million MT (-14,0%) and Central America - 1.2 million tons (-15,9%), reports IDK.ru.

First place for the import of soft wheat occupied Japan (1,638 million tons), ahead of the United States (1,628 MT). In third place is Indonesia (1,569 million tons). The largest buyers of canadian durum were: Italy (1.2 million tons), Algeria (1.0 million tons) and Morocco (0.6 million tonnes).
