This was announced by Vice-Governor Alexander Lukyanov.

"Optimization of sowing and harvesting and meet the needs of the processing enterprises annually increase of the sowing area of winter crops. Thus, the harvest of 2017 planted more than 185 thousand. the Increase compared to the previous year is 8%", — said Vice-Governor.

The rest of the structure of sown areas in the future year is not planned to change. The main place traditionally is cereal and pulse crops: spring wheat, buckwheat, barley, oats, peas. Considerable space will be allotted and highly profitable technical crops: sunflower, spring rape, oil flax.
