Bidding will be in the form of the public offer for the sum of 114 million roubles. This was reported on the website of Unified Federal register of bankruptcy information.

The property Elevator will be sold in one lot, which will include grain warehouses in 4 thousand sq. m. land in 112,9 sq. m, grain dryer, mill equipment, Elevator and various infrastructure objects. All the property pledged in favour of Sberbank of Russia, which is among the main creditors.

The auction is held from 30 December 2016 to February 5 this year. The price will not change for the next 3 days, including the day of reporting them, then it will drop. From January 15 price every 7 days will decrease by 15% from the initial.
