According to the March estimates of analysts of the FAS USDA, the harvest of wheat in the world will reach 751 million tons in 2017. Voiced by progos exceeds the previous by 2.83 million tonnes (February rating – 748,24 million tonnes).

The upward revised forecast of grain production in Australia (2 million tonnes to 35 million tonnes), Argentina (1 million tons to 16 million tons) and Brazil (30 thousand tons, to 6.73 million tonnes). However, for the EU the assessment is reduced by 200 thousand tons to 144,66 million tons.
