June 21, grain shipment through the Argentine port of Rosario resumed in full, after the government demanded that the port workers to end the strike.

The strike of port workers lasted a week and nearly paralyzed the exports of the Argentine soybean, corn and other cereal crops. The protesters demanded increase in the minimum wage.

On 20 June the Ministry of labour of Argentina, ordered the strikers to return to work to prevent further harm to the grain industry. Port workers and export companies are given 15 days to come to an agreement on wages.
