For the first 6 months of this year Tajikistan came 446,8 thousand tons of wheat at a price of $207 per ton, compared with the same period of 2016 19.2 thousand tons, or 4.3%, reports Avesta.

"During this period, was imported to the Republic 26.6 thousand tons of flour at the price of $265 per ton, compared with the same period last year to 23.3 thousand tons, or 46.7 per cent," – said the head of FAS RT Sayde of Qadirzade.

According to him, domestic producers in the first half produced 313,2 thousand tons of flour, which is more compared to the same period of the previous year of 88.9 thousand tons, or 26.3%.
