Today threshed 38.4 thousand hectares with winter barley or 30% of the plan. Gross harvest amounted to 226.5 thousand tons with an average yield of 59 kg/ha. In the cleaning involved almost 900 harvesters. All the farmers have to thresh over 126 thousand ha of barley.

The harvesting campaign in the region oversees the operational staff at the Ministry of agriculture of the region. The specialists of the staff have already inspected the farms of the Kalinin, Kurganinsky and Novopokrovskiy areas. According to them, in these municipalities, the harvest is high quality and at a good pace.
