Agrarians to win, state to lose from imports decrease
RZS tries to find a way out from the impasse in solution of illegal import problem.

Specialists of
the Russian Grain Union (RZS) counted imports and food sale indicators and came
to a conclusion that large volumes of products get to Russian market illegally,
both so-called "black" and "gray" import harms directly to
domestic producers.
According to customs statistics data, the Russian Federation imports annually food products for
a sum of $40 billion. Products for a sum of $60 billion is imported into Russia
illegally – at understated customs cost or without a declaration at all.
Dealing with a problem of black and gray imports becomes a solution for the state and agrarians.
